A leaked government review has lambasted the NHS’ online presence, identifying over a thousand sites which were no longer accessible, 900 that had “at least one notable deficit in standards” and systematically poor content and navigation.
Anyone else recognise the huge, monolithic network stretched too far, costing too much, and failing to commission good content and undone by poor communication between branches? Ah, yes, the NHS seems to have uploaded all of its real-life characteristics onto the virtual landscape….
